Nothing worse than threatened with physical assault asking for a refund. Physical intimidation is a crime. Absolutes and ultimatums are tools of criminals. The owner should be jailed for allowing his employees to act with such behavior as to scare and intimidate customers.,,, A business license does not allow for this type of behavior... The sooner this business is shut down, the safer the public will be.,,, A no refund policy is theft by deception, And violates state law.,, The local police must be protecting this business as they would not take a report on the Physical intimidation.

If you need snowblower repair or chainsaw or anything small motor related, do yourself a favor and come to them. They were fair, honest and did amazing work. Really great guys! I highly recommend them! Ask for Tom! I went in and I was done in less than an hour with my 2 stage single.blower. Beyond happy.

Went in to get a air filter and spark plug for my lawn vac and the mechanic cleaned up my old plug for a spare. The workers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

You call and they are always busy or can't talk or discuss your issue or need for repairs. Should hire more help or explain on their website the wait time for service.

But a used lawn mower there and it didn't run very well I called them up and he had me bring it back in within a day or so he called me back again and it was fixed so I was satisfied with them

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE, HAD MY TRIMMER FOR A YEAR YES A YEAR NO UPDATES NO NOTHING THEN WHEN I GO IN THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND CLAIMING THEY CANT GET THE PARTS. THEY’VE HAD A YEAR TO GET PARTS. JUST TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND A SORRY WE CANT FIX IT. YOU BEEN WARNED GO ELSE WHERE
