Gave 1 star cause I couldn't give 0. The print and go machine didn't work, and the lady refused to get up and help. She yelled up to me from a table in the back where she was sitting. I asked her if she could print my documents from her side and she replied, "nope".

The staff is friendly and always great to assist with my variously projects. Linda goes above and beyond each time to assist us with any orders we have no matter the amount of time it may take. Thank you all so much for truly being about customer & friendly service.

If I could not give any stars it would be better went in to make a copy and was greeted and pointed in the direction of the printer as I’m asking questions because I’ve never been here before nor have I done this before the lady seem to be irritated told me to just read the directions I asked another question about payment she looked over at the lady that was working with her she came and helped but quickly walked away I politely grabbed my stuff and canceled the print, I’ll spend my money where it’s wanted and I can get help??♀️

The service is post office slow. Got there and waited 5 minutes. There were 3 or four employees wandering around aimlessly. There was only one line for all services. Since I was trying to drop off a package I would have to wait for people getting copies and other services before I was waited on. Every other FedEx store has two lines. I left without getting service.
