Clothes are dirty. Bottom of jumpsuit looked like it had been dragged across floor, unfortunately I had not noticed until I already took the tag off at home. Dress had stains inside, but I still had the tag on. When I expressed my issue and tried to return it but the staff said “shoulda checked better before”… sure, but why is your store selling dirty clothes in the first place? And the lady with short hair, whom I assume is the manager, was quick to cut me off with “mm mm you can’t return that” without even making eye contact with me before I could ask anything else. Limited designs, dirty clothes apparently, unaccommodating.

So the very 1st thing is I was shopping in the store and a young lady came to the door to get in and the door was locked at 7:40pm and the store didn’t close until 8pm. Unacceptable
The lady with the short hair had a very nasty attitude. I was the only one in the store and the lady with the short hair yelled the registers are about to shut down @ 7:52pm. So I proceeded to the check out the same worker with the short hair was ringing up another worker and the lady with the short hair slung a paper to me asking to fill it out for the return. I watched her ring out her co worker clothing while on the clock. The lady with the short hair asked for my receipt, when she was done, I thought it was in the bag. I told her it was in the bag I’m not sure where it is so can you just do an exchange? She said no we can’t do any transaction with no receipt. I then looked in my purse and I had the receipt I heard her say Exactly. I said that was totally uncaused for. She said you can leave I don’t have to service you. I said I paid my money and you will service me because I haven’t done anything wrong. Maybe you guys should have your employees work on their soft skills when dealing with the public. I don’t want to have to deal with anyone working with a nasty attitude and I’m spending my hard earned money.

It's not good that they don't have fitting rooms for the customer to try on the clothing WHILE they are there,instead of having to drive back to the store to return if it doesn't fit

Just walked into the Chicago Heights location at 3:35pm on March 31st and was told they are about to close. The sign on the door says they close at 6pm on Sundays.? The last time I stopped in I was told that I had to take my return back to the original location I purchased at. What's really going on? Obviously I need to make better choices with regards to where I spend my money. ?

I hate businesses that open and close whenever they feel like it, despite the hours that they have posted on the doors. I've lost count of the number of times I've wasted time and gas trying to patronize this place during their posted business hours, and they were locked up and preparing to go home. I'll stick to other locations

The Store Manager And Her Associate Who Worked This Afternoon Were Totally IGNORANT AND RUDE!!! The Associate Was UNMASKED And Refused To Wear One. Seemingly This Is What The Manager Allows Since She Did Nothing To Enforce The Associate Adhere To The Local Mandate And Possibly Infect Everyone Who Comes And Goes From That Store Because Of Their IGNORANCE!!! Yet The Manager Reminds Me Of The Fact I Am Wearing A Mask For My Safety. You And Your Associates Are Responsible For My Safety As Well By Following The Mask Mandate..Don't You Get It ?I Am The Reason You And Your Associates Are Getting A Paycheck.Thank You For Assisting Me To Get The Boots Down Off Of A High Shelf With No Help From You And Your LAZY STAFF!! (SARCASM)Oh But You Came Running To Take My Bag From Me..After The Unfortunatel Situation You Never Even Thanked Me For Being A Customer And Putting Up With You And Your Unprofessional Associates.The Afternoon Crew Needs A Complete Overhaul!

I would give a negative star if I could. I visited this location at 5:25pm and the door was locked. I looked at the hours and it listed 6:00pm for closing. As I was walking off a worker was letting a customer out. I asked if they were closed because it was only 5:27. She said yes the register shuts down at 5:30pm. I said really?! Then she said well everyone used they card sometimes it goes through. Me: huh? Then she locks the door.I went to my car and called the store, after calling 4 times I got an answer just for the worker to hang up on me after I mentioned what I experienced and asked for her name. I called back, of course no answer. That was so freaking rude!!!! Sidebar: I only wanted to get my 90year old grandmother a sweater real quick

Literally RETURNED a outfit , tags and all the exact same day , the lady told me to put my card in to be refunded, they literally still stole my money because it never went back on my card , it only still took my money ! so my bank reversed it to be a credit back but but now it’s reversed yet again ? Why I literally returned the items , so I’ll definitely be calling my bank again, I won’t be shopping here any longer , there return policy is weird and they clearly steal ppls money because when I return anything to Ross I have absolutely no problem getting my money back .
