What kind of place. Just moved to Chicago heights a couple of months ago didn't have anything to wear came across this store, The women that were working was not polite at all. I needed help finding something all I got was a facial expression that wasn't attractive. The clothes are very overpriced. Everything in this store should be less then what their asking for. Price. One T-shirt should cost 2 bucks.

They don't have dressing rooms or return policies so if you buy it, know that it is YOURS. I admit, I did not have my receipt for an exchange because I had the wrong size (you cant try on clothes). I recently lost a lot of weight and clothing sizes are new for me. Unfortunately, the associate let me know quickly that I should have known where my receipt was after warning me that that they have several cameras at the register (not sure what her motive was for that info) after I asked if the cameras show me buying the item, I guess that's why she had talked to me like a child for losing the receipt ??♀️Good luck shopping here if you can pass the rude lazy people in the front who don't greet or assist customers but walk around all day like its a party in the store. Not ONE person tried to assist ANY customers. What is even the point? One woman who did ring me out was very personable and showed that she had genuinely wanted customers to understand the policies behind returns and final sales and now I see totally why.In hind sight, this is probably the one receipt in my life that I didn't and never keep because who really returns anything to a store that sells "disposable" clothes anyway? I only needed the pants for 1 day like most people shopping there and I'll never wear the stuff again ??? these stores are becoming extinct far and few between and it shows with the empty racks on the floor due to lack of economic flow, dark lighting, picked over clothes, rude associates and outdated decor. With websites like fashion nova etc., you'll be another Toys R Us and blockbusters video. I really hope nobody is using that place as a crutch or career cause that store has a longevity of about 5 more years before bankruptcy probably.I'm glad I didn't find my receipt because I was going to bankrupt them with my refunds and store credit! That's the real reason you can't do refunds anymore. When a store says all sales final, they on the final act. It's over when employees start referencing cameras and security just at the mention of a refund ?

The hispanic lady who I believe is the new manager is always very kind and helpful. Unfortunately her staff are beyond unprofessional it is absolutely unbelievable!! Very loud and very ghetto. Even the security guards are a mess having crazy unprofessional conversations loudly and in front of customers. I know it's hard to find good help these days so the manager probably had no choice in hiring this group. I will say however one of the young ladies who is quite loud is very kind , helpful and she does her work, if she works on her professionalism she'll be okay.

This was my first time in their and store associate was the best I had a great experience and the best deal you can find keep having great sales like that I will always send people there and I stay almost 29 miles away and have a couple of rainbows near me but I choose this one

The store closes early before 7: 00. I returned my items for a refund only received store credit with a receipts. Your receipt can fade after a while so therefore what happens to your credit/money. It's all bad

I was rushed 4 minutes after arriving.... 4 workers at the front the Mexican one rushed us to leave and slapped a sign on the door that said be back in 30 mins but Google it still says open... We arrived at 2:30 they don't close untill 6pm...

The ladies are always nice at the locationin Chicago Heights. I always find something in Rainbow. I go for the Fashionova pieces. Yes! They carry Fashionova stuff......ssshhhh don't tell all the uppity girls who'd never get caught in The Bow.

Clothes are fine. Prices are Good. If your time is precious, don't go here. They are slow as heck and don't seem to have any hustle and go. Had to look for help to get an item up high. Then stood in line forever with just one person in front of me. While they talking and yelling back and forth to each other. Finally it's my turn and the cashier told me to please wait while she fix up something with paperwork and the register. Then they balled up the clothes. No folding

I was going to return/ exchange a purchase, as I got there they didn’t have the item/ size I wanted in store. In the process, the size got sold out online. A customer thought me a trick and I didn’t end up returning the item. I really wanted this item by the way. What I didn’t like is that a lot of items weren’t in store. You gotta buy what you like online.
