Acquired the services of Precision Transportation to ship an arcade game from Chicago to Austin, TX. I was provided a quote for the shipping ($440 total). The shipping included: -Shipping from Chicago to Austin -Three man moving crew (takes three guys to get the arcade game upstairs) -Moving the arcade game to the game room (second floor in the house) Once the movers arrived, there were only two guys, not three. The movers brought the arcade game off of the truck and indicated that they could only put the game in the garage since there were only two of them. After some convincing, he reluctantly agreed to put the arcade game in the house. Before the movers left, I called Precision Transportation to see what was going on and why was there not a third person on the truck since this is what I requested and was fully prepared to pay for. I was then told they would call me back and by that time, the movers had left and they said they would not come back today. Before they left, they said that I still owed $440 for the delivery or they were going to put the game back on the truck. I said the $440 was to get it upstairs. Then he showed me the quote and deducted $75 dollars from the total. I ending up paying $365.00 After several discussions via email ( the office manager did not want to call me back especially when I asked for her to call me in my emails), I was later told that there company would not bring the arcade upstairs because the movers refused to come back and did not want to take it upstairs. The Office Manager sent me an email at around 1PM indicating that she had she to leave for the day and that she would refer me to a local mover and that they would charge an additional $560.00 ($140 an hr/ 4 hr minimum). She still has yet to call me. Why was my call not a priority before she left for the day? This company does not care about its customers. The office refuses to call. Does not answer the phone when I tried to call to discuss. Also, why couldn't they get some other movers from their company to get the arcade game upstairs? Just because one guy doesn't want to move it doesn't mean others wont. Overall, I will NEVER be using this company again and I hope everyone sees this and does not use them, as well. This company is a joke!!!!!!! SERVICE was HORRIBLE. Management was HORRIBLE!!! This is no way to treat a paying customer.
