I have known them since they had a shop in Oak Forest. Ray and Maria are great people to work with. They will go above and beyond to get you the jewelry your heart desires. Had many pieces from them and I hope to still do business with them in the future.

Maria and Rachel were in the store today. They helped me find the perfect wedding band for my fiancé. They were very polite, experts and friendly. They allow you time to pick what you like and if the price is too expensive for you they ask tour budget and help you find something as close to what you picked but in tour price range. Ray came in as we were wrapping up he's a funny guy who works with them. I never knew this jewelry store was here until I searched for Jewelry stores near me. I could've driven to Orland Park but I wanted to patronize this location in Chicago Heights. To keep businesses from closing we must shop where we live and support them.

I went there to get my daughter’s id Bracelet fixed. I had to get gold added on, but her bracelet was rolled out instead of adding gold that I paid for (told by another jewelry store). Plus the id plate is now flimsy and bendable, I paid for extra gold to be added, but instead the plate was stretched. Customer service was nice, but I was cheated.

Thank you so much to Ray and Maria for helping us choose the perfect chain! Explaining everything and answering all my questions helped me feel confident I knew what I was purchasing and understood the quality etc etc.. I was also impressed with the prompt time we received the chain after our order was placed. Ray went out of his way to make sure everything was done in a timely manner and I was happy. I'm excited to have these guys in our neighborhood and HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping in! I know we will be back!

The customer service here is amazing. They even send out personal thank you cards---now who does that anymore? It's a really nice touch. Maria was able to fix one of my favorite watches that another place couldn't do. If I didn't live so far away from this place, I would give them my business more often. They do all kinds of beautiful custom jewelry. Definitely a thumbs up on this one!

My Jewelry Store is a new Hidden Gem in the south suburbs! Great selection and great prices. They even clean jewelry and replace battery watches. I highly recomnend My Jewelry Store, they are very nice people as well.
