If I was with Metro for 10 years this was my main store or the South Heights one. For reasons I decided to transfer over to boost Mobile so I went to the store to get my transfer pin and account number and they said they couldn't help me there was two guys standing there that work there and they looked at me like they didn't know what the heck I was talking about now part of working for a business is also helping a customer whether they are going to leave your company or stay with your company. So I asked him if I could use their phone cuz my phone was not working to call and get my information. Cuz they said they didn't know how to help me that they couldn't do it which is a lie. So they dialed the number for me and they're giving and what they dialed for me was for Xfinity Wi-Fi internet and I kept talking to the lady saying no this is I need the customer service and they stood there looking at me and I said look I've got my 92-year-old father in the car and he needs to use the bathroom can I can use your bathroom no man you can't I said well you need to dial the right number . No we didn't we dialed you the right number we helped you as much as we can. I'm taking this to a higher level.
