This is a really nice laundry. However, the Manager ROBIN! Is extremely unprofessional and rude, just plain old ignorant. I was asked to move my car after I unloaded my laundry, I did proceed to load machine before moving, and I usually do but I was alone this time trying to save time, still I should have moved before. However Anthony the employee asked if I could move before I started my load. I agreed, right when Anthony walked off. Robin began to scream move your car right now! Or I’ll have it towed. When I responded I’m goin now she replied do it right now! I said excuse me? She said you heard me do it or I’ll have the car towed, and if you don’t like you don’t have to wash here. When I asked for corporates number they both told me they couldn’t do that.. I will be in touch with them soon.. this is why establishments go down hill.

Robin and her team did an amazing job on my 150 pounds of Laundry ( No Exaggeration). I told her that I was allergic to Tide detergent and she created a special blend of soap for my laundry. My laundry looks and smells clean! Amazing pick-up and drop off service. The turnaround time was like 4 hrs. I recommend everyone to give this BLACK OWNED BUSINESS A TRY. You will not regret it.

The absolute only reason I come here is if I need an emergency load or two done. This place first off is way overpriced. I mean like really overpriced! Most of the machines don’t work correctly. The time on the machines are not the time you actually get. I’ve loaded 2 machines and started them at the same time and on machine gave me 23min and the other 31. They were both done in about 20min. This happens regularly with these machines that quite honestly seem way outdated. For the price this place is not worth the time but as I say it’s convenient for quick washes when my regular laundromat is closed.

I’ve been coming here for years, not all the time just for my comforters. There’s a new cleaning attendant/tech there now and he’s so helpful. The place was clean before but cleaner now. He’s very informative, kind, bubbly, down to earth and welcoming. Who ever hired him, please, please don’t let him go. Move him up in the company because he very informative about the machines and I’m grateful because before I would ask the lady something and I felt ignored. Respectfully yours,Clean with traé ?

Eventhough the Washer's was messing up, The Gentleman and Lady was Helpful, They were also Nice and Courteous, and Always Resolved the Issue's that I had with the Machine's, and the Laundry Facility was Always Neat and Clean, This was my First Time at this Laundrymat, I'll be going back again....✅

Employee was helpful & kept busy cleaning machines & sweeping! I had a problem with a machine not going through the complete cycle. He took care of it immediately & offered to help moving my wet clothes to another machine!

I like it but they keep changing their opening time. I preferred the early opening time as I could was then go to work. Now I am jammed in on Friday or Saturday to wash. The laundry attendant is friendly and helpful.

i paid for extra wash Hot water...i got cold....dryer only have two settings cold or Too hot. Nevermind that the music is too loud. it used to be a great place to do laundry.....now Not so much.

I have been coming to this laundry mat for 3 years now. Different times& days. Never have I ever felt disrespected until Sunday Feb 19th bout 2pm. The young man moves my cart with items in it. When I told him it was my cart. He turned & said "I don't want no carts in front of washer." But yet he opening washer doors to leave open. Makes no sense. The approach should have been ma'am for saftey reasons we would like for no carts to sit in front of machines. Also in turn not open washer doors wide where someone can walk into. This experience changed how I feel about washing here.

This place is horrible and I get a “great thanks” from the owner. I tried to be nice but my experience should have had the place in trouble for harassment from male employee speaking on womens feminine areas very aggressively even after you asked him to stop. Didn’t need his help touching my baskets or talking to me very inappropriately. And I washed my families clothes and most of them got ruined with stains from a dryer that had paint stains way in the back of the 4 dryers. Female attendants rude washer didn’t fill up so she decided to fill it up with small buckets of water and all the walking back and forth to sink, by the time she filled it, it was almost done washing. Didn’t offer to emergency stop and put in another washer that worked properly. Soapy clothes because again never rinsed properly. Never was reimbursed, offered free wash or heard from any management about my clothes being ruined. Horrible customer service and I would hand wash my family of 8 clothes before I come here ever again. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Well I have been coming to this establishment for 1 year and some months. I never had any problems before and I realized enjoy the female workers, they are friendly and very polite. Today I had my cloth laundry basket sitting on top of the washing machine that I was using to only come back and see it sitting on the floor, so I put it back on the washing machine because I didn’t want it sitting on the dirty floor and then in my home. The male attendant then told me the basket could not be on the top of thper washing machines and I told him that he should of asked me before he put my property on the floor. So we went back and forth about it but at the end of the day you never touch a customer’s property without the customers permission but again he should be taught customer service before dealing with customers. That whole situation could have went very badly if he tried that with the wrong

The attendant is so friendly and helpful. So sweet and kind. Have huge selection of different size washers. One was so huge, must be for commercial use. Never saw one that big. Well maintained. Great counters fold clothes. Not congested.
