“I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. “I was very disappointed to find out the person I spoke to on the phone did my order wrong. This customer service person did not add the line correctly and it was not the correct amount. When I went to the store to return the I’m card I received and setup new phone line the representative got this issue resolved in less time it took over the phone call that was one hour long. We got a refund on the error made and the SIM cards for our devices. He hooked it for us. I’m so happy!”
