Terrible business! Most works of the does not! Owner refuses to give money back! And curse me out..........! The best advice is to never do business with them again! That's what everyone in Chicago Heights and Chicago.

I pulled up to wash my car as the attendant watched me pull up to a non working car wash and then he went in the attendant office and closed the door and ignored me. So after I paid my money I wasn’t able to wash my car and no one helped to resolve my issue. I swear you try to support small businesses vs the $3 automatic (big business) car wash and this is what you get.

Looking to avoid the crowds while supporting local small business I went to Ducky's to wash my car. After getting change from an older gentleman, whom later identified himself as the owner, because the quarter change machine was broken, I inserted my 8 quarters in and started the hose. The timer on the machine started a countdown from 2:40. Wasn't even enough time to apply soap and brush my small car. When I went back to inquire about the brief time period to wash the owner says its a little more that 3 mins. I then put more money in the machine and he saw it read 2:39. There are no signs posted and it's completely unreasonable to suspect that you can wash your car in 2:40. I then asked the owner if he was concerned about the loss of business and he claims I'm the only one to ever complain. I then informed him that I'm the only patron here. The place is empty and that why would I pay $4 to do it myself when I can pay $3-$5 and sit in my car at the automatic new cash washes up the street in either direction....plus get free vacuum. He says he has his lawyers and I get what I get...and to leave him the f*** alone. WOW!!!!!! I informed him that I would not be coming back here again. A complete ripoff. At least have the decency to post that $2 gets you 2:39 seconds of car wash time and let the customer make his own decision. I wonder if there is a regulation that requires that.
