Pawned my Mac book and while they had it someone was using it. Gave my laptop on 100% and when I went back to pick it up the computer was not off it was on, it was about to die and it was logged in to my personal account. Very unprofessional.

I recently purchased a computer for Cash America in Chicago Hts. IL. it seemed odd that the model I bought was selling from such a cheap price. $200.00. But when I got it home as soon as I tried t hook it up to the internet the key board quit working. This was after I had shared enough of my personal information to be exposed to Identity theft. I thought it was peculiar at the time, especially when they did not put up a fuss when I returned it, minus the warranty fee. I felt it was and still do, that it was a plant set up to lure unsuspecting shoppers into thinking they had a deal when all the while they are being set up to have their finances stolen. I will pursue any avenue I have to, to get this straight. So who ever Ms. Lombardo is she needs to put my money back.

I went there and bought a chain and cross. I looked at it tried it on .But then they took it to put it .In a box. When i got home. They had removed the clasp and replaced it. With a broken silver clasp. I suggest no one. Buy anything from there they are crooks.

BEWARE ..BEWARE ervice terrible ya cant pay ur bill over the phone. Line always long .They talk to staff when doing ur transaction . Layaways. Week..late making a payment they dont give ya credit just take ya money No Refund 20% back or anything... Dont shop here ..dont waste ya money here Go somewhere else.

This place is terrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked into this store to sell my kindle and as I waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the desk ( them CLEARLY talking among themselves was more important) a shelf falls on a customer. (Not that couples fault at all) and they all look at them and do nothing. After I walk up to the desk area I asked to sell my kindle and she asks for a charger (DOESNT COME WITH THEM BRAND NEW). They she says hold on and walks over to the customer after they clearly had it handled. She was the RUDEST person I've ever met and spoke barely no English. DO. OT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.
