Service is slow and unreliable. Keep saying my vehicle is gonna be ready when it ain’t. They need to prioritize the work for paying customers who depend on their vehicles.

This place is a scam everytime I take my car in their something else is immediately wrong. I turned right around and went back. Of course, they said they don’t know wasn’t like that when I brought it to him. I got a engine replaced heat was on when I brought it there now he telling me something was broke and he don’t remember what he did to turn it on. He used dollar store oil to do my oil change. This place is a scam. They also stole my son battery.

Had a water pump and timing belt installed but know one took it upon themselves to check the thermostat even though I told them to check it because it was stuck open, the needle was on cold and blowing cold air. I contacted him after 10 days because in the mean time, I needed to drive to work. Yet they gave me a 3 month warranty on labor. And now they'er denying any responsibilty. They also insisted I need a new alternator, when I insisted I didn't, they found it was just a loose wire. I plan to take matter further. Did I mention the job cost me over $1,ooo?

I had a blowout on the highway. I barely made it to Firestone. Unfortunately they didn’t have my tire in stock. However, they were able to order it for me. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me out. Awesome customer service!!!!
