Very disappointed!I have taken my vehicle to have it serviced several times, and received good service, so I felt confident in sending my son to this shop so that he could have his vehicle serviced. My son needed an oxygen sensor replaced. The owner said he replaced them both and charged my son his fee. Hours later the check engine light came back on. My son returned to the shop, they took his vehicle to look at it and told him that it must be something else different, and that they couldn't do anything else.??Check engine light stayed on, so my son took his vehicle to another mechanic. This mechanic informed my son that the sensors were never changed out.A&G robbed my son of $270.00.How unfortunate for A&G to do this.Regardless of this experience, we do not want A&G to experience any misfortune.May your business continue to be successful, and we expect that A&G upholds its integrity with customers in the future.Very disappointed!I had my vehicle serviced several times and received good service, so I felt confident sending my son to this shop so he could have his vehicle repaired. I must say the people here are good at what they do. I found a spot where I can trust what they say and they aren’t trying to get over on you at all. It is hard for women especially to find trustworthy mechanics and the owner took no time to check out my car. I deeply appreciate this place and the kindness of the owner. Don’t second guess just walk in. Tie rod fixed along with other suggestions will definitely be back for more work.
