Kimberly was super helpful!! I went in to upgrade my iPhone. She was very kind & the whole experience was very easy. The guy next to her had great conversation as we sat as well. I still have to go back to switch over my sons phone but all in all great set of team members! ? recommend!

Raymond went above and beyond to help us rectify a problem that we were having. The problem did not even originate in the store he works in. In less than 24 hours he took care of what we had been trying for weeks to accomplish elsewhere. Way to go Raymond and Chastity! (Chester Russell Cellular)

Everytime I come to a Russell cellular they are not in the store and never back when the sign says they will be.
