My only complaint is that they’re closed an hour for lunch which is generally the only time I can make it in. I guess because it’s a small location but still.

Went in there today and was greeted by the rudest woman I have ever met. I weighed and printed postage on stamps.com for a few smaller packages to be sent for Christmas and when I finally got my chance at the counter the woman told me I had to many and to leave them on the counter and she would scan them when she could. I said I wanted a receipt and she said she didn't have the time. Didn't have the time? I weighed and already paid for postage. Is it not your job to take my mail? Who pays you for your job? I took them to Belvidere and they took them, scanned them and gave me a receipt without any problems. I live closer to the Cherry Valley USPS but I will never be back. Go get a job somewhere else if that job is to much for you lady.

My mom was there today 15 min before they closed for lunch to ship one package and the lady gave her an attitude saying that she's about to close and that she's worked 44 hrs this week and is exhausted. As someone who also works in a customer service based role, this is no way to treat a customer.

Everytime I order something online and it's delivered by you and not UPS or FedEx, my package gets delivered to different addresses! I don't get what's so hard!
