I joined Screw City a little over three months ago with about 4 years of CrossFit under my belt. I can say without hesitation Screw City is a true CrossFit gym with a true CrossFit community! The gym is always clean, schedule is flexible and the programming/coaching is absolutely on point!

ScrewCity CrossFit is the best CrossFit gym I have ever been to. The coaches from day 1 make sure everyone feels included and provide excellent ways for everyone of all fitness levels to feel included in every class! They truly show their dedication every day and I could have not asked for a better experience!

The best CrossFit gym! The coaches are friendly, professional, and meet you where you’re at to help you reach your personal goals. The members are amazing and I have gained some great friends since I started. So glad I found this place!
