Today I was wanting to invest in my first very good quality bike. I am very new to biking and I had alot of questions with my limited knowledge. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Very happy with my purchase. Happy to find a place that takes bikes and customer's seriously and took the time to make sure I was getting the right bike.

Matt and his team went above and beyond for me today. I was visiting from out of town and saw on their website that they had the bike rack I was looking for. They assembled and installed the rack on my van in just over an hour. It was actually a rather tricky install because my hitch was uncooperative but Matt got on the ground in 90 degree temps to figure out how to make it work. Great service and a friendly team - I highly recommend this shop.

Had a new bike from a Schwinn online purchase that had problems. Schwinn said they'd send me a check for $50 to get it fixed. Took bike to Wheel Fast and they did the repairs and some more work for $30. They were so quick and friendly I gave them the $50!

I was directed by a friend of mine to take my 2o+ year old "Giant" jalopy here for some tweaking and a must needed tune up. Wheel fast did an excellent job making my clunker look brand spanking new. The bike service was speedy, the price was very reasonable, and the people working there were very kind. I'll be back again for any of my future bike needs .Thanks Guys!
