Very unprofessional & has a track record that proves all of this, on Goole Reviews. This pharmacy gives prescriptions out to wrong people, loses prescriptions on the regular, and states you've picked up your medicine, when one has not. Always has an excuse. Remember, Walgreens in Chatham, IL is not the only place that fills prescriptions in Chatham. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Long story short, I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and my husband had filled out her wrong birthday on the insurance paperwork (yes I still love him). The staff at the Chatham store went above and beyond their duty to try and contact the insurance agency to fix the problem. The man helping me even so much as apologized to me for the inconvenience, when it was actually my somewhat clueless, but adorable husband who made the mistake in the first place (again, yes I still love him). Thank you Chatham Walgreens, you made this stressed out mom feel like not so much of a burden (even though it was our fault).

Every time I'm go to the drive through for prescriptions it takes 12-15 minutes per car. Another customer waiting at the other lane was very frustrated & said they would come back when there was good help. I know there are a lot of questions asked sometimes more than once. It took 3 days to get my prescription because I won't sit there for 10-12 minutes. I'm disabled so it's not easy to get out if the car & go to the back of the store to the pharmacy. Changes need to be made.

My 10-year-old and I went yesterday to get our flu shots. Had a bit of a wait, but that was expected, and everyone was very cordial. James was so good with the needle that my daughter did all her crying BEFORE the actual shot and none after. Kudos!
