“I placed a photo order that said it would be ready at 8:34am, I callee to make sure it would be ready and at least two employees searched high and low for my order because their system showed it was ready. They couldn't find the order and didn't think they had the materials. Nick offered to drive to another store for the materials, but he ended up finding them in the stockroom and made the order right away.
