“I called to get a quote for work on my 1995 Thunderbird. I was told right upfront that, they didn't work on older car's however, The gentleman did give me the number to a mechanic who does work on my year.
This is the kind of customer service that will get my business when I do need them.

“Hands down the best auto shop in town. If you need an HONEST mechanic and have been hosed in the past, this is the place to go. These guys are not out to make an extra buck off of you. They fix what is wrong, not what might go wrong. They don't bs you into a thousand dollar repair, in fact, they did exactly the opposite to me.
I was told that I need this and that by 2 other mechanics. I bought the parts and brought to them. I get a call from the owner that says, "Why did you buy all these parts? Who told you you needed this done? All of that is totally fine. Return those parts, you just need new tires." I was floored......FLOORED!!! He basically just turned away hundreds of dollars worth of work by being honest.
Well he turned down hundreds of work for that job, but I can tell you one thing, he'll get ALL of my business going forward. I tell every single person I know about that story and to go there if they have any issues with their cars. I have a wide group of friends who trust my opinion.

“Had a fantastic experience today with Caleb. I had two cars that I thought needed an oil change. The first one, he checked the dipstick and said that the oil looked practically brand new and recommended holding off on the oil change for longer (a rare occurence, and very helpful to me, who knows nothing about cars).
When I arrived with my second car, he was friendly, efficient, and speedy. He gave me good advice on what to do about some repairs that could not be done at Big Ray's.
10/10 service, will return again”

“I had repairs done at another shop and they only made it worse, installed the parts haphazardly and caused more damage. Took my truck to lauterbach, as I should have in the first place, and the guys found and fixed the issue in no time. Very reasonably priced, friendly and quick. Didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into anything else. 10 stars!”

“I was the only customer there so I drove right in and they changed my oil in good time. Didn't give me a hassle about the cabin or air filters. What I didn't like was noone said a word to me until it came time to pay. Didn't even say hi or good afternoon. A little pleasantries would have been nice.”
“Went to other tire service centers, but they wouldn't order the specific tire we wanted, so we decided to order them online through Walmart and get them put on here. The price was fair ($75 to install all 4 tires) and we were pleased with how quick the tires were shipped to the store. They said it would take a while to put the tires on due to them being larger, but it only took an hour, so it was very convenient. They didn't offer a warranty plan to us because it was for a commercial vehicle, but we didn't mind that. Wouldn't hesitate to buy tires again from here.Service: Tyres”

“Oil change scheled for 7am. FYI they take 1st come 1st serve for the 7am. 8 am for replacing tires. I went home and they kept me updated by texts. I luke saving money and Walmart helps me to do that #localguides”
“I showed up without an appointment and got in the wrong line ? but despite all of this they were still friendly and helpful. Side note, you need to make an appointment for an oil change unless you go on a Saturday. Oil change service with tire rotation was 40 cheaper then the quick lube places with a coupon.”
