Tony at Floor and decor did a wonderful job helping us work through our order process. We initially placed our order online but it was canceled due to the floor being in multiple locations. He was patient and helpful, he confirmed inventory of the floor and created 2 new orders to make sure we received all the product we need for our project. Looking forward to receiving our new floors.

Horrible experience! Today I visited Floor & Decor on 87th and will never again. I stopped by at 5:40p to look at tile that they had displayed only to find out from the associate the displayed tile was discontinued. I then found a tile that I wanted to purchase but by the time I could get help to load tile in cart the associate came over to tell me the store was closed and that the registers were taken away and that I couldn't purchase anything since it was 6:15p when they closed at 6:00p although I had been in store since 5:40p. What a joke! I just walked out in disbelief. They lost out on a $600+ sale as I purchased my tile from the Countryside location. Good riddance!

Well we we first got into the store I was a little skeptical… but once we talked to David!! Man, not only did he know his stuff but he was very professional and made sure we got everything we needed! I highly recommend shopping here for your flooring and ask for David, he will hook you up!

Alex rocks!! I am so impressed with the associates at this store. Everyone was helpful asking if I needed help finding anything, offering to show me where something was by actually walking me over to it. But one associate was above and beyond. Alex was one of the first to greet me near the door, when I was in back near the marble he helped me load the tile onto my cart, as I was checking out he was upfront near the register helping another customer, when I finished my purchase he loaded my tile in the car. He was so on it I had to ask his name and title! He told me he was the assistant manager. I asked why he wasn’t the manager?! I really appreciate the professionalism of Alex and all of the employees at this location. I had a great experience both times I went in the store.

Went to two different floor and decor is the one in Tinley Park and then the one off of 94. Looking for shower tile. The Tinley Park one had tile that I had seen online but in person it was bluish instead of gray and then I just went to the 94 one and they had a different brand gray tile. So I am going to be picking that up to do my shower walls and I also purchased a tile to go around my new electric fireplace from Tinley Park

GOYO The best employee in the store hands down. At least that I have dealt with. Very knowledgeable of what the store provides for customers. He will explain everything to you that you need to know in detail. If u ever there ask for the guru Goyo.

Have spent a lot of time at other F&D locations, but only recently had need to go to the Chatham location. While looking at products we were approached by Lamont, who we later found to be the store manager. He was incredibly helpful in guiding us through product, explaining differences and reviewing pros and cons of the different options. He then called Katie over to help create a quote and she also was amazing to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with.As we were wrapping up I mentioned to Katie an issue I had with tile I picked out for our bathroom (the tile we have is a great product, it’s that I don’t personally like how shiny/slippery it is). She guided me to a product that would help make it less slippery, which probably saved my sanity.My husband and I both walked away saying that this was the best/easiest/most pleasant shopping experience we have had during our entire home renovation process, and we will definitely be back for other needs.
