We ordered this evening & picked it up. The quality has dropped a bit & we watched the pizza maker work. He was putting the sauce on with a brush and our pizza was extremely dry. We had trouble eating & swallowing it because it was so dry. The toppings were also very sparse - you would never know we had extra items on the pizza. Big disapoinment for a $16 pizza. Did NOT get our money's worth.

Friendly and welcoming! I visited on a early Sunday evening and they were about to start making pizza for the dinner rush. They asked me which pizza toppings I would like; and baked it fresh in about 15 minutes. Definitely felt like valued customer!

I’m sure that management would love to know that their employees are closing the store early at night. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, just to get something quick that would have taken less than 2 minutes. when I pulled into the parking lot all the lights were still on. There were two employees in the store. The doors were locked and after I tried the doors they saw me and turned off the lights. I know the stores open until 11 so they should have served me still. This practice is losing the company money. Stop being lazy and honor the store hours

Frozen Coke Icy ......never working, stopped many times only to find icy not frozen. Never has paper receipts at the pumps. Discontinued the unleaded gas for my car. Cups for fountain drinks always empty. Poor management.

Just had a very disappointing experience with my curbside pickup of my order. First after several minutes past our pick up time, our food was given to a different car (a car instead of a SUV). Then even after the other driver told them it wasn't theirs. The employee walked back inside without acknowledging me (we were parked by each other). Obviously a new pizza would need to be cooked, so I wanted patiently. After 30 minutes from our original, I went into the store where I was ignored by the same employee. Until it finally dawned on her that there was a curbside pickup ready. At which point she grabbed our pizza from on top of the oven (who knows how long it has been sitting there) and hands it to another employee to bring outside. I let him know that it was mine and how the other employee had given our original order to someone. At no point was there any acknowledgment of the mistake or an apology or another attempt to correct the situation. This is very disappointing given the usual good customer service.]

This location has REDEEMED itself. Two weeks ago I had a HORRIBLE PIZZA AND DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. They really screwed things up royally and I was LIVID. However, James made everything right by offering me a FREE large pizza with FREE delivery. He personally made sure that my pizza was delivered to me HOT, FRESH, and DELICIOUS. I truly appreciated him going above and beyond to ensure their mistake was corrected the first time around. So Casey's you are back in my good graces again and THANK YOU JAMES for your superior customer service.
