Bob and Mary rock! Found a bad spot on my rv tire the day before leaving on a 1300 mile trip at 10 am. Called Mary and she got me 4 new tires (not a common size) and they had them installed at 11:45. Many thanks to Bruce and the rest of the techs who got me fixed up. They all could not have been nicer. They have gone the extra mile for me whenever I have needed them. Thanks again!

I went to One Stop this morning in Chatham ! I needed an oil change and tire rotation as we are taking a trip tomorrow! Bob Strothmann
was very helpful in getting the car in the shop quickly! They were very courteous and professional ! I have dealt with One Stopin Chatham for a number of years and I will continue to do so! They have never disappointed me in all those years ! Thanks for a job well done Bob and crew ! Harry McKinney

Sadly we took our daughters Mercury Sable to A1 Auto shop in Chatham, Illinois because of the reviews but, over $700 for a new starter and one tire patch job. They were also supposed to check why we smelled gas fumes but when we picked it up and they said they didn't know about the gas smell. Followed my daughter home and I could smell gas fumes following her. Looked under car at home and gas dripping from both the front and rear seams of the tank where the seams have rusted and it was so obvious how could anyone miss the smell and the dripping gas? So $700 for an unsafe car returned to us.
So very disappointed and would not recommend...

We called after having truck issues while traveling through the area, were told on the phone they could start working on our truck the next morning, however they miss represented themselves (lied) on no less than 4 occasions, and didn't even begin working on our vehicle for 3 business days. Not to even mention that we were told they would discount our bill, but didn't and how incredibly condescending everyone we encountered was. We would never recommend this shop to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about the service advisor AJ Huffman. I came to the shop an hour before they closed on Memorial Day weekend with a wheel bearing and a lower control arm. Even though they could not fix my parts until the following Tuesday, he recommended alternative ways to fix my parts to save me money. He even looked up new parts for me, contacted an auto parts store to make sure they had the parts and sent me there even though their shop would not profit from me. He did this out of kindness and I cannot say enough good things about AJ. I highly recommend doing business with 1 Stop Auto Shop in Chatham.

Overall was disappointed in the quality service. Took almost 2 weeks to do a simple cleaning of oil and put dye in the oil to pinpoint the leak. Had I been in a hurry that wouldn't have been good. Found I had my second leak on a rear main as I honestly anticipated as I was warned of a worn out shaft surface the first time from a different shop. I also had a insurance claim for some body work. Never got the qoute. Also as I decided to ask about the overal integrity of the motor and I ask them to perform a leak down test on the engine. They could not as no one had a 150 dollar tool to do the test. I worked in automotive and machining for 8 years so I know a few things. Ultimately I was disappointed in the result but felt the charge for what they did do to be fair price.

Took my Yukon yesterday and communication was very poor. I was asked multiple times what my car needed and told them multiple times through the day. Told it would be done by my lunch to pick up, called before leaving & they said it was not done and they didn’t know I needed an alignment even though I had told them twice before. When I got a text that it was done I called to get a total and was told they didn’t do the alignment because my tires were too bad. They said it had “extremely low tread & the belt was almost showing.” Recommended I pay $1200 for tires. These tires have less than 15k miles on them and are far from needing replaced. One tire was wearing unevenly (which is the reason I asked for an alignment) but it did not need replaced that day. Thankfully I know better but who knows how many others they take advantage of.

I very nice man honked and stopped to tell me both my brake lights are out. Went to 1 stop and they immediately took care of it. Thankful there are good people in Chatham!
