After years of using large pharmacies, it's been wonderful to discover WellCreek. This pharmacy is so much more than a medication retailer. The pharmacist is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I occasionally get immunizations here, and I don't know how the pharmacist does it, but his injections are the most painless shots I've ever received, which is much appreciated. The customer service is outstanding. They're always willing to answer questions and offer solutions. If there's something they don't have, they get it quickly. I don't like to get my family's medication anywhere else.

There is a technician that is always very rude and does not attempt to understand questions asked or even what is being called about. She will get short even with basic questions asked. Medications get incorrectly filled. This place came recommended to me when I moved here, but I will be switching to CVS.

They won't accept discount coupons, i.e. Good RX, therefore the 3 stars. On the upside, the staff is very nice and takes the time to explain things. I would definitely use this pharmacy if they accepted discount RX coupons.

There is nothing like a small pharmacy with a pharmacist who knows you by name and knows your medications. Tal makes me feel safe and I know he has my best interest at heart. If you are frustrated with the lines and the impersonal service at the Big Pharmacies you really need to check out Well Creek Pharmacy.

We recently moved back to the area from Colorado. In searching of a pharmacy, I wanted to avoid the chains because I have been fully frustrated by all of them. I wanted a local pharmacy that cares about their clients. We had a pharmacy that deliverd our medicine to our business in Colorado. That service was nice. But now I have found the best pharmacy in the country. All questions are answered thoroughly. All efforts to move prescriptions and fill gaps between physucians have been handled by these professional people. Transitioning insurance carriers has been assited as well. What a great group of people in a fabulous business. I want to give them more stars!!!

Incredible pharmacy. Amazing customer service that is hard to find in today's corporate world. The pharmacist took the time to sit down with us to explain all about the vaccine. Extremely impressed.
