Ashlyn was very helpful and resolved all of our issues in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable about the Verizon products and services. My person helping me was awesome they helped me with everything I needed plus more had a phenomenal experience with them like I was a coworker they were being swamped with other people. They were multitasking, making sure everyone was taking care of. They went above and beyond give her a raise.
