“Stopped in the Verizon store on Lincoln, across from McDonald's. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted with a friendly voice and face. Bobby couldn't have been more helpful. He's so knowledgeable and goes out of his way to educate his customers. As I was waiting for my cell to transfer to my new one, I overhead Bobby find the best deals for one customer and helped another figure her phone out.
