“Felt awful coming into the store late with just one hour left before the store closed. However, I was treated with patience and kindness during my visit. My phone had broke on a work trip and after a bad experience at a different store, 3 days of confusing back and forth/hours on the phone with the call center, this location was able to set me up with a new phone. They were beyond helpful with the process of setting up the device, answering questions on costs, protection plans, and what to do with my broken device.”
