Parts cannon padded bill diagnosis. Misdiagnosis. Told friends and family, others have had same stealership service department experience over many years there. Unnecessary parts on opposite sides from issue pushed as necessary. Even if its somone else paying, or insurance, would you mind overpaying for stuff that wasn't needed, if they weren't. Would you want your elderly relatives sold things they do not need done to affordably resolve the issue properly? Arrogant smug dismissive condecending in basic discussion on their estimate and diagnosis. Same tones come across in responses to other low score reviews.

Fixed several problems the dealership couldn't or wouldn't fix. Even straightened the steering wheel the dealership had cockeyed on. Very happy with the service. The time it took was excellent. Was able to drop off my car, and had it back the following day. I will be going back for my maintenance needs. Thanks!

The people here are absolutely amazing. BEST prices in the area and they were thorough, knowledgeable, and repaired my vehicle within a day of me dropping it off. They have an overnight lockbox so you don't have to wait to get your car looked at; just drop it off and they'll call you when it's done. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

JAS is the one place in the Charleston area that does excellent work on BMWs. They even drove me to my house after drop off and were willing to pick me up when service was completed.
