Ruler has top quality item at a lower cost than any other place in town. I very rarely shop anywhere else.

I have always loved Kroger store and their food and products and then I can go two rulers and get the same thing only sometimes much cheaper to me it's worth the trip
Ruler Foods operate as a discount grocery store offering basic grocery items and featuring everyday low prices. The stores contain a high concentration of corporate brand products in a low cost structure environment. Customers bag their own groceries and 'rent' shopping carts for 25 cents, which is then returned when the cart is replaced. This cuts down on the number of carts on the parking lot which lessens car damage and saves the customer money.
