“Ruler foods which is a division of Kroger foods has lower prices along with a limited selection of items. They often run weekly sales which often have even lower prices. As an example one such sale item recently was a dozen large eggs for $0.99 a dozen. So if you are good with a limited selection but lower prices then Ruler would be a good store to shop. They are able to offer low prices because a large number of the items they sell are house brand items. I have never had a problem with the quality of their items and I find their items to be just as good as the more expensive name brand items. So I suggest you give them a try.”
“Other than Walmart, this is the only other full service grocery store in town. Quality fruits and vegetables and good full service meat department. Penny pincher digital coupons are helpful as well. The store is in need of a remodel, but I doubt that's in the cards.”
