Twice, I have had to take my cat. He was attacked, first time he got a bad infection, 2nd time the animal tore his tail off... he had to have his tail Amputated and skin put back where it belonged. They did a wonderful job and it's very affordable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!! Wonderful staff and the Dr is very kind.

We took our perfectly healthy shar pei, Winston to Crestline for a routine neuter. We were told to drop him off first thing in the morning and come back in the evening. Evening comes and we were told “he is just a little groggy, he needs to stay overnight”. We agree and allowed him to stay overnight. Saturday morning, we get a call from Dr. Stone’s team “Winston passed, have a good day”. As one would wonder, what happened my to my perfectly healthy 2 year old dog? We call the clinic to ask further questions to be ignored by the clinic. This is when my family went to the clinic in person to ask our clarifying questions. They responded with “this is our bad, shar peis are just an unique breed”. Crestline with negligence euthanized Winston. They admitted to not starting the IV correctly, and kept injecting the medication incorrectly which caused my pup to pass away under their care. Throughout the process of my family and I trying to say our goodbyes to my perfect dog, the staff was very rude and disrespectful to myself as i’m trying to come to a conclusion to why this had happened. This was when the vet tech had told me that “I didn’t know what I was talking about” and that Dr. Stone (as expected) was unavailable to speak with me.
This Vet has lost all service for my other Shar Peis and other dog owners need to be aware of their negligence and malpractice that took place when Winston was in their care.

Poor communication with pet owners. Lacked accountability when a pet died after a poorly executed routine procedure. Poor attitude and lack of empathy when communicating with grieving family. Would not recommend.

The staff is very professional and polite. The atmosphere is welcoming and they treat myself and my fur baby with respect and care. Thank you for your service and keep doing what you do for all fur babies in our community.

They are hard to get into, and you can wait for over an hour, but I am very pleased with the care they give my animals.

This is my mom's vet. She is wonderful! Great with our pets ❤️ Very reasonable rates along with excellent care! You won't find a better vet around.

The prices are cheap but I waited in the car for an hour and the place was very over booked that was not the only time that had happened to me here. And it is not healthy for animals to be in that environment socially with a small waiting room and it to be crowded after they are already stressed.

Knowledge and caring! My black lab, Billy, goes here now. I switched from my previous vet, who was good, but wanted to push all kinds of absolutely unnecessary pharmaceuticals. I could tell the vet had an arraignment with the salesman. I need a vet for honest care and respect. Crestline is all that.

I used Crestline for years. The other night we were having an emergency so called the line it say the Dr would call back shortly that was Weds night (6 days ago) and I have yet to get a call back. Meanwhile my dog passed away during said emergency. We are switching my other two to Clyde’s because they were willing to help us during the emergency the best they could by phone.
