This is the best gym in the area. So clean, so affordable. Small enough to not be overwhelmed (especially if you’re a beginner), yet big enough that it has all the essentials. As for amenities there is a Tv, bathroom, shower, scale, etc. There are plenty of fans and cleaning spray. The staff is friendly and everyone I’ve encountered that goes to this gym is friendly as well.I love this place!

This gym has such a calm and peaceful environment ...I just love it! It has all the equipment I could possibly need. The family that owns it our longtime residents, very kind people. The other members are extremely nice. I think I found my home away from home! And it's spotless on top of everything else!

This may not be the gym for everyone but it's perfect for me. It is small enough that you don't feel overwhelmed(especially as a beginner). But yet big enough to have everything you need to reach your goals and maintain them. Also, the facility is ALWAYS clean, which is a huge thumbs up for me!

Clean, quiet gym. Nice place to workout without huge crowds to fight. Open when you are. Only disadvantage is no rowing machine. The on staff trainer is amazing, easy to work with, he listens and is a great motivator.

I recently joined this gym and have really enjoyed it. I wish they had a few more types of equipment and a little more room. However it isnt crowded and anyone that Ive met there has been very nice.
