Have always had a positive experience at this pharmacy. Staff is friendly and efficient. I had recently dropped off a prescription and was waiting in the store for it to be filled. A pharmacy employee noticed I was waiting a while and made sure I was taken care of next with my peescription being filled promptly. Pharmacist also always answers any questions regarding prescribed medications. I have also received vaccinations and appreciate them taking the time to fill out documentation paperwork as well. Pharmacies are busy. So are all health care related services. A little patience and kindness goes a long way for the people providing care to us and they are doing a wonderful job.

The male pharmacist over the phone was extremely rude and made us feel like we were stupid. Not crazy about the super condescending attitude.

Went to pick up one photo from the photo section. The women that “helped” me was one of the worst people I’ve had to deal with at a register. I gave her my last name..and with a huge exasperated sigh she asked for the photo size because “it’s too much work to dig through everything.” I didn’t have that on hand so I said that I could do last name or order number if that helps. She sighed again and accused me of coming before it was done. I showed her my email confirmation and she sighed again because she had to do her job. I paid and said Merry Christmas and she didn’t say it back. Awful experience. Would give 0 stars if I could and I’m never going back just so I can avoid her.

I would give zero starts if possible. This pharmacy NEVER follows through on requests. Will say a script will be ready at a certain time and it never is. I understand that it can get very busy, but please do not tell your customers that you will do something (like your job) and do not do it. Very frustrated and will be switching pharmacies.

They never get the Walgreens application refills! And my doctor always has to call in at least twice to get my prescription refilled.. someone there doesn't know their job!! ??

The wait time at this pharmacy is beyond ridiculous! How can it possibly take that long to grab a prescription, ring it up, and be done? I have already transferred some prescriptions to Osco and will be moving the rest. I do not have hours to wait in line every time I need to pick up a refill.

I had a really bad experience with one of the pharmacy workers ... I believe his name was Thomas . He was very off putting & rude & wasn't helpful when i was asking him questions about my medications .I also saw him goofing around & not doing his job as I was walking around . Why do places like this hire people who clearly don't care about their job .

Never contacted me when my prescription was ready. After checking their automated system several times that day I decided to wait to talk to the pharmacist. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes the pharmacist admits my prescription is ready but she didn’t have my insurance information so she didn’t contact me. Wouldn’t that be the exact reason you would contact a customer? She then told me that they were closing in 2 minutes so I would just have to wait until the morning. I only hope you are treated someday like you have treated me this evening. Will not use this pharmacy again.

If I could give it 0 I would. These people are way too comfortable lying and not allowing you to use coupons to make your medications more affordable. They tell me every single time it somehow makes it more expensive. I ask my doctors if this should be happening and they say no. I only go to this one because it's convenient but I will be reporting this location because this is absolutely ridiculous

I went in yesterday for picture prints and the older woman who "helped" me at the photo center AND the man at the front counter were both lacking in friendly customer service. In fact they were both quite rude. Today I went in for more prints and I hit the customer service button and me and another customer waited over 15 mins for someone to come hand us our prints. Employees were walking in and out of the back room the least they could have done was addressed us. Someone needs to come teach these employees a simple lesson in customer service. A little kindness goes a long way.

Consistently put my filled medications back after 3 days. Spoke to someone Sunday night to refill and went to pick up Wed and my stuff was put back. App confirmed they were ready Monday.

I have complained about this several times and nothing seems to get fixed. Their system sends you a notification saying that your prescription is ready to be picked up you go there to pick it up and it's not ready and they have no idea what you're talking about. I switched to this Walgreens because it was nearest to my house now I'm thinking I should've just stayed with Cvs.

Worst pharmacy ever .very rude pharmacy staff . Takes forever to get your prescriptions refilled. They always have an excuse why you have to wait hours to get them. Then when you call to check when they'll be done you have to wait an additional hour an a half. We'll taking my business else where

This location is very disappointing for a large retail pharmacy. When it comes to important drugs needed for Covid or pneumonia, this place can take 8 hours to two days in order to fill the prescription. The best option is to call other stores ahead of time.
