“After a day and a half of having issues with my insurance company trying to connect me to a towing service, I was left making cold calls trying to get my car towed from my job to tire shop. Stellwag, was my 2nd call, and literally within seconds of being on the phone, I was getting a driver sent to me. Matt arrived, we had a great conversation the whole ride, the rate wasn't going to break the bank, and from call to destination, only took about 40 mins. At the time of this post, I'm still waiting to be connected to a service through my insurance SMH. I know who to call if ever in need in the Minooka area.”

“I found this auto shop online and I am glad that I did. I was a little nervous at dropping my car off at first because I am accustomed to bringing my car to an alternative auto shop in my hometown, but that wasn’t feasible for me. I dropped my car off for front and rear brake and rotor repair before they opened and the job was finished right before they closed. I paid the price I was told upon picking up my car. When I called to ask for updates on the work being done, I was informed promptly. My car drives great and I am back on the road with new brakes and rotors. “We were in the area on a Saturday afternoon from out of town. We blew a tire. It was an unusual sized tire and difficult to get. Nobody had access to a new tire of that size because the wholesalers were closed. DK also struck out, but kept looking and found a used tire. As we just needed something to get us home, a used tire worked just fine, so when DK called back and said they found a used one, it was a huge relief. They mounted the tire and then found it had a cut in it. They patched the cut and remounted it. They then gave us a ride back to our car. They charged $100 and wouldn't take money for the ride. It was customer service at a level I never find anymore. Very grateful for their help.”
