Myself and my family stop at this location pretty often because it's in town. The customer service from the time you walking in along with the cashier's at the front is really horribly rude. When you ask for help from an employees they just point there finger in the possible direction, not taking the time out to provide the proper customer assistance at which is not being very helpful at all. The manager on duty and the older lady's at the cash register attitudes are always on the top 10 rude scale. The cashier's stated that she only ID unfamiliar faces not regular customers on alcohol and tobacco products. I noticed on several occasions I over heard the regular older cashier ladies Converses behind the register talking how they are tired of tow truck drivers and how they can't wait to call the local law agency to fine the driver's. This is a customer service base job. Myself along with the community agree the staffing need to be retrained and stronger experienced leadership for staffing. It's just sad you can't even shop in your own local neighborhood gas station and have a good experience.

The cashiers have a control issue. It’s so weird how they handle the registers and how they have no clear directions on which register to go to or where to line up. Then, when you go to a register, they order you that the line is on the other side of the store. Maybe some stanchions and signs would help customers know where to line up.

The food is good and there is decent amount of parking for trucks. Employees are friendly and its a clean place. Despite it saying 2 hours for parking to truckers, I went in and asked if I could park the night, and they said yes. You just have to be with your truck the entire night. It could be risky, but if a cop does come and knock on your door to kick you out, tell them you got permission from the employee inside. It is their private property anyway.

Stopped here to park at a truckstop to take my break only to find out there is a two hour time limit enforced supposedly by the city. How the heck a city can enforce parking at a truckstop is beyond me. If it’s true I hope the person that the tired trucker kills because he couldn’t park to get their rest is a loved one of whoever came up with this law. I can not comment or rate the rest of the “truckstop” because I don’t spend my hard earned money where I’m obviously not wanted.

Cashiers have extremely bad attitude. From the time I hit the scale to weigh my truck using my app it began. Being told what not to do before I even do something like a child. Then going inside and being questioned by two different cashiers over and over did I pay for my weigh receipts when I used the app to pay and they could have just verified. The bathrooms are extremely dirty and there attitudes towards me was ridiculous when I said nothing wrong.. customer service needs to be worked on

very nice and clean truck stop, Cheap fuel just off highway. I’ve parked there overnight and still I double checked with cashier and they confirmed that we can park overnight just don’t leave the truck unattended. Good food and casino games. Nothing bad at all
