No laundry!
Like most pilots and flying j (the reason I avoid them like the plague) EXTREMELY tight parking, I’d say a quarter of the spots are blindside only and all the spots regardless, are very tight. The spaces themselves leave you with maybe 2-3 inches from the guys mirror next to you, had to get out several times when backing in.
Years of negative reviews (and a refusal to fix these issues) shows that neither pilot (or the owner) of this pathetic establishment give an F about this location. I only came here because loves was full at 1pm… very busy area near Chicago, the investment into a place like this would pay off in the short term surely???

Decent for diesel fuel. Needs more pumps. Fast quick service inside. No line for fast food. One way when exiting.

You should be modelling your gas station: add parking lots for trucks, building showers and lodging for watching news and sports. And thinking more about your customers not only money which you have trying to get from us. It a big Chicago area near I-55. Developing this area, if you have a big name.

If a Trucker think to stop here at this pilot to take a shower they don't have no shower permanently so don't even come if you plan to take shower ?

Don’t come here… coffee machines are “out of order” more like the employees that are underpaid could care less to refill them. Bathrooms are out of order, and no showers, forget about parking there. This is the worst pilot I’ve been to. Avoid at all costs!!!
