“EVERYWHERE, especially pharmacies, are understaffed; and yet, this Walgreens pharmacy has always been extra kind and helpful towards me even in the face of shortages/difficulties. I can imagine it is overwhelming to deal with the system as it is right now, and their staff still goes above and beyond in helping me. I’ve been to quite a few different pharmacies in my life, and this one still cares more than most! And with this post-pandemic world, things have been more challenging in the healthcare system. I’m grateful to the helpful and kind staff here. Pharmacists and technicians, you are doing great and I know you’re busy. I hope for all the stuff you deal with, you know there are some of us out here that really do appreciate you and see what you’re going through. You’re helping people, even the cranky ones! “Had an issue with refill going to wrong Walgreens’s pharmacy was in a panic because I needed my prescription. They calmed me down & contacted other pharmacy to have it transferred to them. After they got everything taken care of they contacted me shortly after to tell me they had it ready. ❤️ Thank you to the pharmacy staff for helping this crazy person get my prescription.”
