We have used NuVision Flooring on more than one occasion. We did carpeting in our entire basement, including office and bedroom. The second time we did new flooring on the main level. Both times we were impressed with the professionalism and the care they took to protect our house. I recommend NuVision Flooring to anyone looking for quality products and professional installation.

Got a quote from a different company larger chain for their cheapest carpet and it seemed pretty pricey. Afterward called NuVision Flooring (based on a recommendation) and they came in with a cheaper quote for a MUCH nicer carpet quality. Installation went great. Probably wasn't quite as quick as a big company would have been since it's a small business and the product isn't just sitting in a back storeroom, but I'm very happy with the price, quality, and finished product.Service: Carpet installation

Wes and Joe did an amazing job installing LVP on the whole first floor of my house. From the beginning they we very easy to work with, knowledgeable and answered any question I had. My wife and I were looking to replace the 30 year old plus flooring in the main living area - kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. I contacted Joe at NuVision Flooring in Channahon, set up an appointment to look at samples. Wes came out, measured and Joe provided a quote on the samples we liked. As with anything, it took us time to decide but once we did, Joe gave us the schedule. Their work is fantastic, they are very professional, courteous and helpful. The laundry room and bathroom were finished first as the materials were available. The following week, the rest of the flooring was started. Three days later the work was complete and we are EXTREMELY PLEASED. The flooring looks better than expected, the install went smooth and they did a great job cleaning up. I stopped at the store two weeks ago during the listed open hours order hardwood flooring throughout my home. There was a sign on the door they were out on an install and to call the phone number. Nobody answered the phone, so I left a message for someone to call me back. Nobody did. Yesterday I called to ask when I could stop by to select the flooring. The man who answered the phone was very rude and said the only time he would be available to help me was between 7:30 and 8:30 AM Saturday. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him! I woke up early and arrived at the scheduled time. The lights were on but the door was locked and even though I repeatedly knocked, nobody answered. This business does not care about their customers. My money is going somewhere else.

Our experience with NuVision Flooring was exceptional. Wes and Joe are great to deal with. No pressure in the store. Answered all our questions and allowed us to take NUMEROUS samples home before we decided on our luxury vinyl plank floor. Nice dealing a local shop and in our case the owner was actually the installer. Wes even did a follow up the next day to make sure we were satisfied with everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
