It was great! They got us in at the last minute. The doctor (Dr Mark) was informative and thorough. I always use Mallard Pointe for my vet needs, and they treated my pet before we adopted her! It’s always a great experience.

Very competent workers and a great facility. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they are so great they are always so busy, which usually means a small wait. Thanks for the great care of my pets.

My dog for loose during a thunderstorm and was brought here to be microchipped, mallard point held my dog for ransom, and would not release him to me until I paid a Channahon police officer $40 in cash, and I was given a city ordinance violation for “dog at large”.
Never bring your animals here for anything, they are crooks

Dr. Mark always spends the time needed to evaluate a condition of my pet. He listens and as a unit, we come up with the best process for care. Also the techs and front desk gals are awesome

It’s always a great experience at Mallard Point! A friend brought me a feral kitten to care for and I didn’t know anything about her and Mallard Point was able to get us in right away and tell us everything we needed to know about her and how to care for her. Every staff member from the person who answered the phone to the vet tech to the doctor was friendly, warm and informative. These are all important things to me.

I enjoyed the fact that this location was so close to home. However, my first impression was not the best. Honestly, I really didn't like how the vet didn't even introduce himself. Dr.Harris is very kind. However, I am done going here. I leave here with more questions than answers. They charge way too much in my opinion, and I've already found a new vet thankfully.

Been with Dr Mark for 16 years. I highly trust him to recommend the right treatment for my pet. Always fair on price. Never leave feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of to make more money. The whole staff is wonderful!

In my opinion, this is the best veterinary clinic in the area. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. They are willing to answer questions, and I never feel rushed when I take one of my dogs in.
