This place has taken a strong turn for the worst since new ownership has taken over. They raised the rates immediately 25% yet the old owners used to have the black top recoated and dragged the gravel lot. Since owners have taken over, there are car size potholes in the gravel parking lot, garbage blowing all over, several trailers look like they have been ransacked, gate has been left wide open on several occasions, garbage is blowing all over. You can tell that there is no care or presence at this facility despite raising rates along with security concerns.

Raised rates almost 40% when they bought it in Dec '22, also stopped in on a weekend and the gate was left open. Called customer service and they said someone was working on it. There was no one anywhere on site, nor any security presence. Gate was open the entire weekend, maybe even longer. Also note many of the 5 star reviews are prior to Dec '22 and were probably for the previous owners who were great.

We have been very happy with this storage facility. They are super helpful when I call, and even helped me find a unit when the online service said they were full. I like their billing communications as well.

Since the new owners took over, they told me when they bought the place they would honor the rates I was paying. That never happened, plus increased it alot more. They told me due to popular demand, they charge more cause of it so I'm leaving this place. It's a shame how this place and other places charge more just because they can. I hope everyone leaves and they go broke, terrible way to do business.
