EVER!!!
Only reason I gave them one star is because you can't select zero!!!
They are incompetent, deceitful and straight up dishonest.
Their negligence lead to a 30% increase in my home owners policy. Ended up taking my business elsewhere and am much happier as a result. Much better options out there than this nightmare of a branch. If you know of anyone in the industry have them take a look at your consumer report file. That's the only way I uncovered what they had done to negatively impact my record. And by all means do not trust them to know what they are doing during the claim process. Not to mention the All State rates have sky rocketed in recent months.

They’re racist and send an ungodly amount of mail when I’m not even a customer. I’ve called multiple times and asked them to stop. Andrea is unhelpful and rude.

Good until u have a claim, then on your own. If u like calling people in other countries and talking to different person each time this is the place for you. And as a bonus when I cancelled they charged me an xtra 220 dollars for some policy I never signed up for. I ended up paying it because it went to collections in one month. No calls from the agents. Also got much more coverage and service from state farm. No customer service whatsoever,

All state is a good place with reasonable and fair and rates. Which is what we're all looking for when looking for auto and home coverage. The staff there is very knowledgeable when asking them questions about coverage. And very friendly.
