So... I have been using Nikki for my insurance needs my whole life. Well, in the beginning when I originally started my policies with Bob Follis (RIP), Nikki being his right-hand woman at that time, would always be reaching out to make sure I was taken care of. She was destined to become a great agent from the start, which is why when Bob passed away, sticking with Nikki at Anew Insurance was a no brainer. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with this company . Nikki was such a pleasure to work with . She helped me get the best rate and guided me through the whole process and always responded professionally. I’m so glad I switched . I've been with this agency for years my good friend Bob follis ran it then Bob passed away and his son Patrick took over for a while now knicky runs it who I known from when she worked for Bob they were always pleasant to deal with very good people

Fantastic Insurance Agency! I was with the Follis Agency before Nikki took it over and I stayed because she took it over! Home, Auto, Renters (for my kid in college) and RV. Small town business at its best. (if thats what you're into- I was originally hooked by their competitive pricing, but stuck around because of the service) Very responsive. Lots of options. Usually exceeds expectation, recommend without hesitation!
