It was my first time looking for jewelry to treat myself for the first time and Bee was so welcoming and made the experience enjoyable. Helpful, but not hovering. I would be happy to look for her again when shopping for jewelry.

During my regular inspection Joe informed me a stone was loose and would need fixed at no cost to me. Imagine my surprise when they tried to charge me for repair. Store manager Stacey was extremely unprofessional and condescending when I tried to explain. She was incapable of having a conversation about how her employee misled me, so I reached out to corporate. When corporate called Zales, Stacey lied to them saying I snatched something out of her hand, which the cameras can reflect never happened. I will never again do business with a company that supports employees and management who lie and treat their customers so horribly. I will say the other three ladies working were EXTREMELY sweet and helpful and you can tell they all hate Karen, I mean Stacey, as much as the customers do. This is far from being resolved. Zales do better.

The poor customer service, or rather complete lack of, is one of the many reasons I won’t be returning to this store. The women who claims to be a manager is rude and incredibly unprofessional. Her snotty attitude was completely uncalled for and I’m appalled that a place such as Zales would hire someone so sour.

Was happy until it's time to make a payment. Absolutely freaking ridiculous how hard it is!! 3 days on the phone. After that you'd think we could just log in and make a payment but nope!! Repeat, I wo t buy from Zales again unless they change the payment options.

I had to do an exchange on Sunday and the staff was more than helpful. I appreciate the time and effort they put in to help me and I am grateful! I wish I would have gotten their names because they are just wonderful.

Jasmine has helped us numerous times and has been awesome. Always friendly with a smile. Fiona has also helped us and both are amazing. We drive from about 45 minutes away and we are happy to with the great service that Jasmine and Fiona provide. We will be back soon!

Went in for my warranty cleaning and they acted like I was a huge inconvenience. They didn't even look up at us and when we said we just needed a ring cleaning one lady said yea we'll be with you soon. It seemed like she didn't want to help us and like she was waiting on the other person to get off the phone to come help us. When the other person was tied on the phone for too long to not feel awkward the lady that "helped" us finally got up and was annoyed that we didn't have "paperwork" when we've never needed it before. She kept being rude about it, when she finally "cleaned" my ring she didn't leave it long enough to clean and didn't check for loose diamonds as they're supposed too. I got my ring back the same as if I hadn't even taken in. I'd suggest going to any other jewelry store, you will not be happy coming back if problems arise with your piece. This is not the first time I've had a less-than-pleasant interaction with this store either. I just finally decided people should know there are better options.

Fiona was the kindest person I have ever had the experience of encountering at this Zales location. She made sure to take the time to check every stone on my wedding ring. She gave me the paperwork for my warranty and was so inviting we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much!!

This store doesn't even deserve a 1 star. All I can say is BEWARE and becareful what you purchase. If you purchase on line you won't get what you would have got in the store and if you try to talk to the Asst. Manager and Saleperson well lets just say your not going to get anywhere except frustrated. Don't know what happend to this store they used to have the best Managers and staff - they even knew your name when you walked in. I would not recommend this store -customer service is the WORST ever. And if you have a problem with your purchase.... let's just say your S*** out of luck.

Received necklace in mail from company missing it's pearl centerpiece, was told they could not exchange or send for repair at this location. Go elsewhere as I feel like this company has just wasted my time. (Did I mention it was a Xmas gift)

Had some issue's with my diamond bond number and they helped resolve it no problems.Ask for Will, great rep
