No people/public manners in-person, or when patients collect scripts. Walgreens on Springfield and Mattis have staff in the pharmacy that openly show unappreciative, unwarranted behavior towards patients. Unprofessional and rude. I was on hold for over 30 minutes after their hour lunch break, assuming that their staff were just "busy". I hope they get new professional public health workers that work for the purpose of caring for people.

I used this pharmacy to get a couple vaccinations and it was clear from the moment I got there that the pharmacy is understaffed. Everyone working behind the counter was hustling.There was an issue with my insurance card and it would have been really easy to just send me away and tell me to come back later or sort it out myself, but they wrassled with my insurance people to get it sorted out for me. Special shoutout to Stacy, who was solving problems left and right for people in order to get them on their way with everything they came for. Thank you!!

They send an automated call to say medications are ready and then when you go to pick it up they say it is not prepared yet and it will take another 30 minutes. Additionally, their drive-through pharmacy window is so slow. I waited over 45 minutes with only two cars ahead of me.

I went to Walgreens on Springfield and Mattis in Champaign, Il. today. I have a serious infection in my foot and had to have tests at the ER on Saturday to make sure I didn't have sepsis. The ER called two antibiotics in to Walgreen's on Saturday. They just got them both ready today, Monday, 2 days later. These are very common prescriptions. Meanwhile my infection is getting worse. When I picked them up they took other customers in the drive thru before me that came after I did. This heavy-set lady at the window ignored me and when she finally sent my prescriptions out ther was only one. I was almost home and had to go back. I went in the store and spoke to the manager and we both walked back to the pharmacy. Another pharmacy tech told me the 2nd prescription got stuck in the tube. (It was not in the tube). I asked to speak to the pharmacist, and he told me it never happened. He heard everything like me ringing the call button constantly. He didn't apologize or even act like he cared. This is the worst rated Walgrens in this area and I think it's because they treat you bad and the manager or pharmacist allows it to go on.

This pharmacy is mismanaged. No one knows how to prioritize, get the easy stuff out of your way you don’t have to count or measure.Please, Don’t tell me to come back in one hour, and then still not have my prescription ready.It’s always slow service. You can never arrive and pick something up easily. And don’t even tried to call, I’ve sat on the line multiple times for over 30 minutes and still never talked to anyone.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent customer service experience at your pharmacy. I must express my disappointment with the level of service I received, which I found to be absolutely atrocious.Upon visiting the pharmacy, I waited inside for 24 minutes, during which I witnessed the technicians and even the pharmacist display a lack of professionalism and mistreatment towards every customer ahead of me in line. Regrettably, this seems to be a recurring issue at multiple Walgreens locations. The quality of service has significantly deteriorated since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and has not improved since then.I want to emphasize my strong dissatisfaction with the service received and express my decision to actively avoid utilizing the Walgreens pharmacy in both present and future situations!

5/5/23 @10pm. I was one of over 7 vehicles in a 5 minute window that wanted to buy something. The store hours show being open until 11pm. The front door was locked and nobody was picking up the phone.

Answering phones is complete fail for Pharmacy. They need people just to take calls. Not as a client or a provider can you get thru! Sooo glad I don’t use their pharmacy! Absolutely horrible service. I’d bale..Walmart has better deals anyway!

Very concerning. Medications often delayed. Service providers overwhelmed and understaffed. I was just turned away for a pickup because they had no pharmacist on duty, at 4 pm on Monday. Not sure why this company struggles at this location.

Definitely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever and probably will ever encounter. They’ll call you and say your prescription is ready. When it’s not. They’ll make you wait 30 mins to a hour just to “fill your prescription” after you already waited in like for a hour. And no matter if there is 20 people in line or 2 people in line. I’ve never in my life walked out of Walgreens with my prescription with a hour of being there. I’ve waited HOURS before. Absolutely terrible timing and the staff does not make any serious effort to make sure people aren’t waiting in line forever.

Would give a 0 star if I could. This Walgreens has been possibly the most frustrating and defeating process with a pharmacy I have ever had. They never have medication ready by the time they say it will be ready. They wont make sure they have all of your medications ready and you might get home and not have all of the medication you need. My wait times have been between 30 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes for medications.

This store and the pharmacy has got to be the biggest joke of service - I have never seen - I held on the phone for 15 minutes the first time and got hung up on - the second time it was 22 minutes then the last time was 52 minutes on hold and no one answered before I hung up - I'm so disgusted and disappointed. It kept saying 1 call was ahead of me the entire time. I would never willing fill a prescription at this place - you will surely never do it again. My doctor mistakenly sent the prescription to this place and now they won't answer so I can have it transferred this is a nightmare. It has been going on all day and not one time has a person ever picked up. Please don't say your a pharmacy that doesn't answer calls.
