Manager was rude, she seemed upset she had to mop while my mother and I just walked into the store… like seriously were customers, we got her protein and left immediately. Wouldn’t go back.

i was very pleased with my experience. I was quickly welcomed and they asked me what i needed and quickly knew where the supplements i needed were at, i had a very nice experience and would recommend that store to everyone!!

The workers here are always very knowledgeable, they helped me pick out a great pre-workout mix and they were able to explain the of each ingredient and the effect it could have when working out. Definitely stop in!

Do better to inform customers that you are closed because of a system error. Your location sucks the way it is. There is no reason you could not call corp and have them hold online orders

The products are great but the customer service was terrible. I just left so whoever was working that shift, please let them know they need to improve their customer service tremendously. I waited patiently by the front for some time and after the five minute mark, I had to ask her to please let me purchase the products.She then goes to the front of the desk and stares at me while she’s talking to someone on the phone. I’m just staring at her back waiting for her to ring up the items and she does some eye roll thing as we are waiting there.I move the products closer to signal I just want to pay, but she doesn’t ring them up. while she was on the phone staring at me, she asks the person on the phone if she can help with anything else and then they go on talking for even longer.I felt like I was in an SNL skit. She finally hangs up the phone, stares at me and says, “What’s your phone number?” And I’m thinking to myself she would at least apologize, but nope. She just stared at me more. I then said “No, thank you. I would just like you to ring up my items so I can pay and leave.”She finally did and I was finally able to leave. There was no “thank you”, no “sorry”, no empathy. Whoever that worker is, please train her in customer service because that was the worst experience at a store I’ve had all year.
