Jess was so patience and so helpful to us. We were interested in a new phone and the special that was going on. She helped us get the right plan, saved us money and after 3 hours we had our new phone and tablet. We ran into a lot of issues (our fault, not hers) but she kept a smile on and walked us through everything. Best experience yet!!! Highly recommended her.

Nick was extremely courteous and patient. He answered all our questions and helped us navigate and understand the technology. We made the extra effort to drive to your Mahomet store to pickup a phone for my daughter, who was preparing to leave town after Christmas. We were very pleased with our shopping experience!

The fastest place I’ve ever gone to get a new phone! Was in and out in 35 minutes. And they have really good customer service! The manager, Nick, was very professional and helpful to my family!

A friend recommended this store and I'm glad they did! Miranda was very nice in helping me get access to my account, and then went through my options in which phone I could get. Once the choice was made she set up the new phone and started restoring the settings and apps right away. It was a very good experience.

Jess was very thoughtful with all of her customers when I was in, including me. Even with her being the only staff there she handled the stress of being alone well and handled everyone in a timely manner and not leaving anything out.
