I cannot say enough good things about this store and the manager. Long story short, I got into a huge mess with an offer from another carrier. It was of nightmarish proportions. Great customer service, my rep always put herself in my shoes. She looks out for me by making sure im all updated and by making sure I have the best affordable plan everytime. For that, Verizon is The Only one for me!
