Every time I’m here I have an obnoxious amount of boxes and returns and they’re always so kind and patient about it. Today I inadvertently created a line of about 8 people behind me, and the young man helping me (longish shaggy brown hair and glasses) totally kept his cool and was pleasant.

Think twice for coming here print and scanning at Local UPS store. Totally not recommended as Walgreen and FedEx is cheaper.
Charged me twice for printing a page told it’s a service fee and paper cost ($2.00 + $.60)
And scanning a single page was $4.99.
Staff did even though to tell their charges upfront. cheers and peace out guys!

Pretty sure the employee was neck deep in a K-Hole while processing my package. Took 10 minutes to ship one package, typed one finger at a time, had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times to understand their slurred speech.

This location has the best customer service and the kindest employees. The gentleman working this morning helped me carry a large Amazon return from my car.

This a review about this store's implementation of procedure and policy, not of their general customer service. In fact, every time I've gone there I've had great customer service and friendly interaction with the employees. My rating is based on 1) lack of a basic supply and 2) lack of a satisfactory answer, both of which have immediate bearing on where I will go to fulfill the specific need of the moment. This afternoon I was out of stamps so I googled if the UPS Store sold stamps which they do according to the search. I then rode my bike to the Old Farm location of the UPS Store on Mattis and Kirby, but when I went in to buy one I was told they did not have any more. I then inquired when they were going to replenish (if they had a new supply the next day, I could plan to ride back and buy a stamp so I could mail my envelope). The person I spoke to asked another person there and they had no idea when they would get more stamps. Therefore, I cannot rely on this UPS Store for buying a basic item such as a stamp and will instead have to plan on getting the stamp the next time I head out by car.
I realize that this sounds rather trivial however this was a situational need and one should take this in consideration regarding this UPS Store's actual everyday performance (which is likely good overall)...again this is more a critique on the failure of this location to meet this specific need of offering stamps to occasional UPS customers.
Just to reiterate, the employee I spoke with was courteous and friendly. I am directing this review at the branch management so that they have an opportunity to review and improve their process for supply renewal in a way that anticipates customer need. I hope to post a much more positive review on all aspects of this business the next time that I visit this location.

Amazing experience with this store! Another store in Indiana messed up my order, so when I called this store, they made sure my printing needs were completely met. Laney was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process! Thank you for a hassle free print job!

This store's manager today refused to honor my pre-paid copy cards that I purchased at this store years ago with NO EXPIRATION DATE. The manager said that she was the manager, there was new store ownership, and that the owner would not accept pre-paid copy cards. No refund was offered. I am not sure what happened to the money I paid for the cards but I purchased them with the expectation that the store would honor them in the future. This store has changed ownership and management many times in the thirty-something years I have been going there and this manager has undone any goodwill built up over the years. I will be taking the matter up with the company's leadership at their San Diego global headquarters and with the Better Business Bureau. Given my experience, and the other horrible reviews besides mine, I would advise avoiding doing business with this store.

Easy in and out. Never have any issues.
Edit: only one guy working, line out the door. Always one customer who never understands how UPS works holding up the line. Hire two people please.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. GO DIRECTLY TO UPS, OR USE FEDEX KINKOS OR TWIN CITY TENT FOR BANNERS, CANVAS PRINTING, AND AWNING, OR USPS IF SHIPPING PACKAGES CHEAPER AND FASTER!!!Lazy incompetent people who refuse to answer the phone, call you back, and charge $2.19 to print a label? They really DO NOT WANT BUSINESS HERE! WAY CHEAPER TO PRINT ELSEWHERE, AND NOW I ONLY VISIT UPS ITSELF, AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO THE SAME. TOOK 6 TIMES CALLING BEFORE THEY EVER ANSWERED TO RESPOND TO SIMPLE QUESTION

I dropped a box that was part of a return on 11/27/23. The guy that took it gave me the box back and just took the items. I dropped the box in the trash can at the store. Today I get the box in front of my house with a note saying trash doesn’t belong here. I have him caught on my Ring camera but how freaking psycho can you be. I will be filling a trespassing complaint with the city of Champaign police first thing tomorrow morning. Everyone be aware that these guys can be dangerous to your family. I simply didn’t know I couldn’t drop the box I didn’t need in that trash and there were other boxes trashed in there when I dropped it

9 out of 10 times I've been met by a rude woman employee. She has an attitude and even once told me "take your box back with you. I don't want it and we can't take." (It was the box item came in) She has acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to give me receipt. Queen of Rude.
