Crossfit UAve has the most welcoming environment, so if you have never done crossfit and have been thinking of checking it out, I highly recommend it. The coaches/members/community are fantastic. I always look forward to working out because of the amazing atmosphere!!

The facility is always clean. The staff is friendly. A variety of people use the facility in their efforts to maintain physical fitness - from older teenagers to very senior citizens.

In any given class, we could have a combination of weight lifting (such as Olympic lifts), cardio (such as rowing, biking, skiing, running, etc.), and gymnastics (such as pullups, ring rows, etc.).
