From a distance, I did some research and initially found a Toyota dealership nearby, but due to past experiences, I’d rather avoid dealerships for repairs or services. After reading through their reviews and learning about their story, I knew right away this was the perfect place for my brother to take his car.

I’m a big believer in supporting smaller, family-owned businesses, especially ones that have been around for a while and built a solid reputation. I sent my brother their info and told him to book an appointment for a battery replacement. He took it in this morning, and they had him in and out with a new battery in just 30 minutes! He called me right after to tell me how great his experience was—friendly service, quick turnaround, and no hassle.
